When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–7 working days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers depending on your location. The average shipping time is about 7–20 working days. Your tracking number will be updated 3–7 days after your order has shipped.

How Do I Cancel An Order?

We can only cancel an order within 24 hours of it being placed. After that, the order has most likely been processed and is being prepared for shipment or has already been shipped. Once this takes effect, cancellation is no longer possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on providing prompt service — including getting your order out as quickly as possible.

What Is Your Return Policy?

If there is anything wrong with your order — defective product, incorrect item, or damaged order — please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you.

  • Please do not return anything until our team has reviewed your case
  • Our customer service team will send further instructions after reviewing
  • We reserve the right to refuse return requests
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs

For most countries, our customers do not need to pay any importing fees, duties, or VAT. However, for some European countries, customers may need to pay duties or VAT according to their country's local regulations.
